The hotel is clean and in a great location. It’s cheaper than other downtown hotels. I would stay there again but you need to be aware of the $28 daily amenities fee. The fee is for the free things they offer like coffee in the lobby and warm cookies and a free daily drink at the bar. So take advantage or argue up front that you won’t touch those things and you can walk a block to Whole Foods and get all the coffee and breakfast stuff you need

We were in town for the Broncos/Bills game and chose this location due to its great price and proximity to union station, which allowed us to light rail to the stadium. We found the rooms quiet, clean and the beds very comfortable. There were some nice places to eat within walking distance. The hotels restaurant was nice, but felt it was expensive for it offered and would suggest eating nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

I don’t even know where to begin. Many of the reviews that I read prior to staying here cited poor customer service and I would have to agree. First, I purchased a room with a Mountain View for our wedding anniversary. What I got instead was a room with the view of a wall. I was even charged extra for the view of the wall. The hotel itself is very noisy. We stayed on the third floor and at about 9 o’clock last night the people above us decided to put on their snow boots and jump up and down for over 10 minutes. I wouldn’t say the hotel is super clean, but the cleanliness wasn’t an issue for me. Fast-forward to the morning when we went downstairs to try to get a cup of coffee and the coffee urn was completely empty. I went to the front desk and let her know but she wouldn’t even look at me and said thanks so I walked away with no coffee in hand. Our stay came with a free breakfast. I know specifically because that’s one of the reasons I booked this hotel and when I asked the front clerk about it, she denied that my reservation had breakfast included. Again, she wouldn’t even look me in the eye. She was so consumed with what she was doing on the computer that she couldn’t even pay attention to the customer. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend staying here to anyone I know. It’s way too expensive for The lack of quality that they provide.

Beautiful, modern hotel in a prime downtown location. Rooms are clean, stylish, and quiet with comfortable beds and great city views. Staff is professional, friendly, and makes check-in effortless. The lobby and common areas have a polished, boutique feel, and the on-site restaurant and bar are convenient with good food and drinks. Parking and valet service are smooth, and Union Station is just a short walk away, making it perfect for exploring the city. Everything feels well-maintained and thoughtfully designed — an excellent stay from start to finish.
