Origami Den is an exceptional dining destination in Denver. The interior is breathtaking, featuring cherry blossom-covered walls and a ceiling full of origami cranes, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. The tasting menu is refined and thoughtfully prepared. Highlights include the Origami Trio with toro, ikura, uni, and gold flakes, the Caviar Karaage, the Kinoko Scallops, and the Midnight Pearl & Silk dessert. Each dish is visually stunning and packed with flavor. The cocktail program is equally impressive, enhancing the overall experience. Reservations are required, and it is well worth the effort for anyone looking for a memorable, elevated dining experience.

We’ve been so excited to check out Origami Den and finally made it out! To say our expectations were exceeded is an understatement. From the minute we walked in, we knew we were somewhere special. The food, the service, and the vibe were impeccable! We enjoyed every bite & sip and will definitely be back!

I can't recommend this spot enough. It’s hidden below a sushi restaurant, and once you go down a few steps of stairs, you will be welcomed with a gorgeous decor of orgiami cranes all over the ceiling and walls and cherry blossom. It screams date night, or having a bunch of friends to share their impressive menu! I have gone twice already and I am obsessed. Do not skip their dessert, a sorbet with olive oil and CAVIAR.

Very unique and flavorful sushi with nice cocktails! They had a fun atmosphere but we were seated near the entrance so it was a bit noisy. They were able to adjust several dishes to accommodate for my gluten allergy, and also had the option to order several gluten free sushi rolls and dessert from Sushi Hai next door. The venue is behind Chipotle and down a set of stairs in case you are looking! We had no problem finding street parking within a few blocks. They are only open on Saturday for now, but making a reservation was simple.
