Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Highlands Ranch

*This review is written by someone who is a harsh food critic and would close down 99% of sit down restaurants in Denver metro, but I LOVE this place. It deserves 10 stars. You have to try it. The food is consistantly excellent! Their food is prepared with care, love and passion for cooking, and it shows. I have eaten heare three times since they opened. Their vegetables/ salads are always fresh and delicious. Their grilled shrimps are delicious, they are "mediterranean spicy" in the best way. Their falafels are different than anywhere else. They have a baked softness rather than fried crust. This time I had the Mediterranean salad. It is filling, delicious with the pita chip having a surprising flavorful twist - It is seasoned with an mediterranean spice. The only thing that is simple about their food: it is simply delicious! Everything on their menue has something that will surprise you in the best way.

This is exactly what this area needed! More healthy, cooked to order, affordable food! For my first order, had to keep it simple with the "Street Gyro", came with chips and one side - chose the pasta salad. Only 10.99! Order took about 5 minutes , which feels kike the perfect amount of time as it was cooked to order. Lots of tables / booths to eat in, or a good set up for take out / online orders. Can't wait to work through the menu with future orders. Harrisa chicken and Turkish meatballs looks great. Thanks!

A fantastic and much-needed fast casual addition to the area! We’ve already been twice for lunch and can’t wait to go back. Very kid-friendly, exceptionally clean, wonderful service, and delicious food!
