Los Carboncitos - Pecos

On my way home from here full, tipsy and happy. A fantastic spot with great service, incredible food and even better vibes. If someone says “Denver had no good food” take them here. It’s worth the street parking!

Have passed by a number of times and finally tried Los Carboncitos. Great place, love the patio and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious, my wife said she died and went to heaven. We came home with leftover's as the portions were generous. Super clean and the gardens growing peppers was a nice surprise. Relaxed atmosphere and no rush. Made for a great lunch and we plan to be back often.

Good lively atmosphere even with just a few hours patrons in there! Cant imagine how fun when a game is on! Good food too. Carnitas didn’t fail to deliver crisped tenderness. That’s a skill right there! Sauces here are more angry than other sauces elsewhere. Enjoy!!

Los Carboncitos delivers on all fronts. Chips and 5 unique salsas were all excellent, every dish we had was excellent. The menu is extensive and authentic, with multiple dishes (huaraches, alambres, tlacoyos and several others) that we’ve never seen at other similar restaurants. The margs were all legit, and fairly priced. Service was excellent! Definite repeat.
