How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE this place. It’s my favorite place to get brunch in all of Denver. There was a period of time where we were coming almost every weekend. Every single item we’ve tried from their menu has been incredible. The atmosphere feels high class and the service is top tier. They really do go above and beyond. We’ve had both Andre and Cristopher multiple times and they are both amazing and make us feel special and welcome each time. Try the Duck Hash and the French Toast- best French toast in my freaking life. Thanks Bindery we will be back over and over and over again

I had brunch here after flying in last minute and really loved the experience. The staff were kind enough to hold my luggage for me at the coat rack and knowledgeable about the menu. The coffee blend is delicious, especially if you prefer a more acidic profile. My server Cristofer was very attentive. He did recommend the croque madame as his favorite, but I went with the duck hash as I needed a few more veggies. The dish was phenomenal, the skin of the duck perfect. The only drawback if the music was kind of loud, but where isn't it these days. I'll be back to try the croque madame!

The service was impeccable!! The staff was so attentive and their presentation was excellent. The food at Brunch was soooo good as well. My husband got their quesadilla special and I chose La Emmabella which is a hen in a basket style breakfast. I can’t wait to go back!! 10/10

Clean, open, lively atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Bloody Mary was spicy and stacked with snacks. Crab Cakes Benedict was yummy and presented with greens. Savory and sweet empanada pastries were also very good. A solid place for brunch!
