Okay I usually LOVE this place, and their ramen is FABULOUS, however, not everything on the menu is as good… I decided to try something new so I got their sweet and spicy pork bowl. Now let me just say the pork was well portioned and sooo tender, it was delicious… but the sauce was bad. It tased like I had been given a bowl of acid. It was SOOO heavily vinegar forward, which I think, is a little misleading for the name of the item. The sweetness was lost because the acidity over powered everything, and there was absolutely zero flavor balance. I genuinely had to go home and take four tums because my stomach hurt so bad. I would recommend this place for their awesome atmosphere and great ramen but their spicy and sweet pork bowl needs some reassessment.

Oh my gosh, the Ramen here is so good!! And I had the island in the sun cocktail, which was also amazing and refreshing, I usually get the spicy chicken but this time I got the yellow curry veggie and it was a 10 out of 10!!! We also got the fried chicken appetizer, which was pretty good, but we needed a little bit more sauce and of course the server brought us two different kinds and was on top of everything. Highly recommend this place.!

Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.

Not a bad spot for some ramen! Friendly service, good drinks, and delicious spicy cucumbers. The spicy chicken was pretty good. I loved the broth and noodles. The chicken was a little tough but I think I expected that when it comes to chicken in ramen. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Now for my standard comments. Location is well kept and clean. Decent indoor seating though can get a little crowded. Still very comfortable.
