Honest, balanced opinion - this place is great overall. It has a few kinks that to me aren't a big deal. Pros: coffee/tea is great and free, parking easy, 24 hours, I love the 'no meals' policy so it doesn't smell like everyone's lunch. Good variety of seating from comfy to hardback. Every seat has an outlet. Friendly people. Great vibe overall. Cons: Peak hours Monday through Thursday (10a-1p) often can't find a seat for more than one person or often only the least desirable seats remain, like the ones that get direct sunlight at certain hours so no one uses them. Would be awesome to have a different, healthier snack option. Maintenance - bathroom door, back room HVAC, and water cooler took months to get fixed. Overall this beats WeWork for me by a mile, great price - it's a few tweaks away from being a premium experience.

10/10 spot for coworking. The space, vibe, and coffee are all solid. It's a great way to meet people, get some work done, and get out of the apartment. The wifi is fast & reliable, and the 24/7 access is unbeatable at this price point.

The sunlight from the south/southwest facing windows is horrible. It makes all of the row seating very uncomfortable to sit in. You've said you are going to fix this for months. Are you actually going to fix it? It's not that hard to put something on the windows to reduce the exposure. The quiet room HVAC system has been down for months as well. Furthermore, the place is overcrowded during peak hours. A 3-5 person bathroom line forms each day adding to an already strange bathroom experience. Neglecting maintenance and quality of experience for the sake of expansion is not a sustainable business model.

I thought it was cool. Strange bathrooms. I honestly would give it another try. Feels lkke study hall with no chaperone. Needs a grop of hot substitute teachers walking around.. s obviously appeal high! Aka workers that act as if they are busy. They are just wasting bandwidth.
