This place was phenomenal! I really can’t praise her enough. I had pre-ordered some things gluten free. Unfortunately her delivery didn’t come, not her fault, she uses top of the line ingredients and ingredients that are in season. She reached out and explained and asked if I would be ok with her making a few things with what she had, and of course! I got 4 different items, and my goodness I was in heaven with every bite. I looked forward to eating these beautiful creations. I can’t recommend this place enough. Ordering ahead is the only way to go, but I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Colorado to get to enjoy her creations again!

So tasty and also gorgeous. Everything she makes is genuinely a work of art. It’s so pretty it starts to feel like a shame that it has to be eaten, but once you taste it you can’t stop. I cannot wait to try the other items here. :) Thank you for making my Sunday sweet and luxurious!

Parfait Co provided desserts for our wedding and the were SO tasty. They were also made perfectly - like works of art! Her knowledge of flavor pairings really elevates her pastries. We 100% recommend this patisserie to bring a level of sophistication to any event, or just a tasty Sunday snack.

Absolutely eatable art! The most beautiful cakes I have ever seen, and the flavor profiles are unlike any other and delicious. Every piece made with love and a pure devotion to her craft! Cleanest bakery ever and the cutest store front! I highly recommend!
