I’ve always wondered what was going to go in to the “off-road park” behind the shopping plaza. Locals will know what I mean. I’m pleasantly surprised that it was a Ziggi’s Coffee shop. I’ve waited a few months since they broke ground and thankfully, they are finally open. While many of their locations are drive-through only this one has indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio. I ordered on the app in order to get the reward which all worked well. The drink I received was tasty and accurate. I do find Ziggy’s offerings a little confusing for instance, how is a shaken espresso any different than a latte yet one dollar more? The sizing of drinks at this location is similar to other chains like Dutch Brothers where a small iced beverage is 16 ounces rather than 12 ounces. While I don’t always agree with that they use two shots in their small so you are still getting a good espresso to milk ratio. Overall, this is a nice addition to the neighborhood. I’m excited to try out their food and other offerings in the future. —- Came back on Friday and sadly the coffee i ordered, which was the same, tastes burnt with no foam and is not good tasting. At $5.50 you’d expect better but alas not. They used automatic machines here like you’d see at the airport aswell which was sad to see. —- Came back again as I had a free drink and got a protein latte. It was good. I’m not sure what’s going on, maybe I got a bad drink last time. Mystery
