Two of the staff members were nice, but they seemed embarrassed about how rude the manager was. I had a toddler get food poisoning on my trip, and I did my best to keep the room clean. But there’s only so much you can do with a toddler. The manager refused to give us a new blanket and said that we’ve already had plenty of towels and that we can buy a blanket at Walmart. We waited for her to end her shift and the nice staff member obviously got us a blanket. Also, they have a sign on the mirror saying that if you want your room clean during your trip, you just have to ask them before 11 AM. Obviously I did that since I don’t travel with cleaning supplies, and they refused. EDIT: The reply stated that you could not immediately clean the room. I let the staff know about the situation at 6AM, and did not return to the hotel until 6PM. 12 hours is not an “immediate” demand. Also, the manager tried to get into a shouting match in the lobby. Thankfully, my husband just ignored the shouting, and went along with his day. That was certainly not a simple miscommunication. Also, there was only one soiled sheet. After that, I had my baby sleep on the floor on towels that were cheap and well worn. I just wanted the bedding changed for the sake of cleanliness. And a simple mopping and vacuuming would have helped us out tremendously.

Room was huge and clean, but thats the only nice thing I can say. Bed was ROCK HARD and extremely uncomfortable! You get a king size bed, with only these tiny little square pillows so your head falls off the pillow at night. The tub didnt drain when I took a shower, which was really nasty. Then when I went downstairs for breakfast they didnt have anymore fresh coffee. The breakfast attendant was just standing there not doing anything either. The generous size and cleanliness doesn't make up for the other obvious issues. I will never stay here again.

The staff here are what makes this place special. They were kind, friendly, and open to questions. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable none the less. Great location with plenty of dining and shopping close by.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to the hospital I was driving to daily. Ferry in reception was extremely kind and helpful and made my stay as easy as possible.
