Disgusting rooms first of all. This was our room as we walked in. We went back down to notify the front desk and request a different room. She was on the phone with a personal friend and was unbothered to help us and said they were booked. I explained to her that the room was not fit to be stayed in and she said we could leave but not get our money back even though the room was filthy and we never touched anything in it. She has no knowledge of protocol and was calling her manager on her personal phone. They refused do refund us for this disgusting room. So now I will be calling the health department and filing a formal complaint with the BBB. DO NOT STAY HERE

I'll start by saying the front desk lady I checked in with was very pleasant. The one I checked out with was pleasant but passive. The Hotel at first glance was nice and mostly clean. A little wore but not too bad. Our room was the same. However, in our room, I ended up falling asleep on the couch. I woke up to three, I assumed, bed bugs. I told the front desk when I checked out. I was told someone from management would call me - no one did. Second, I had to get up early to catch a flight. In the mist of our rush and my high anxiety, I forgot my bracelet. I realized it at the airport. I called immediately (It was 6am). The front desk said she would check and call me back - (If they find it, I could send them a packing label and they can mail it back to me, Cool!) - NO Call Back!. So, I called back when I landed - New desk person. She had no Idea. She said she would check with the clearing manager and call me back - No Call Back. I called back again the next day. The front desk said they didn't find it. I assured them that I know it was left in that room. She said they had not rented that room out yet and she would go check herself. She put me on hold for about 10 mins and then comes back to say it wasn't there. So at this point I just assume the cleaning crew stole it. I know its on me But Damn, can we not do the right thing in this world. Anyways, I do not recommend this hotel.

Quick 1-night stay with free parking, easy check in, and manageable accommodations. The location to the nearby highways are nice but the surrounding area can be viewed as not great. The smell of chlorine from the pool area will be noticeable in the elevators and you will hear your neighbors closing doors.

We were quoted one rate by a hotel employee and management confirmed it. We were simply told it was a mistake and they would not honor the rate. We flew in to watch a hockey game and to be dealing with jackals. I would never recommend this place while they are friendly what thief isn’t. I chose to stay at a place I know I am safe with both eyes closed. The rooms are noisy and the elegant smell of Mary Jane just lofts in the hall ways…
