I'm from Durango Colorado and I spent two nights at this hotel and the rates are reasonable and the rooms are very clean nothing under the bed like dust or dirty drug perphinilla was very impressed 😁. Kind staff. J only have one complaint that is not the fault of the hotel, the water smells like sewer and I didn't want to shower because of the smell. But everything else was great 😃.

The staff are rude as hell who ever is writing reviews saying otherwise is lying, the little short white guy is disrespectful and has an attitude of a female, had an incident where I was a stayover. They went in my room. took my things and acted like it wasn't their problem, the cleaning staff was wonderful, though. The maids do an awesome job of keeping it clean other than that This place is a none recommendation

Stayed for one night, barely made it into a room. Unfortunately I had some heart issues and had to leave in an ambulance, room left almost untouched... I left my seeing glasses and a hat and both were nowhere to be found. No glasses or hat left behind. Only got cockiness when i returned the next day to ask for them. I wouldn't be mad if they weren't my eye glasses. Called customer service and still nothing.

Decent 2 star hotel. It's getting better with the sketchy surroundings compared to a few years back. Check in was a breeze. Lilyth gets 5 stars excellent customer service!! Very helpful and very personable!!! Keep up the positive attitude Lilyth!!!!
