So i had kinda bad experience with this hotel i got the room last minute on ARBNB and the room was $80.00 so I went to check out and then it states that their is a $200.00 deposit and you have to pay and register through some 3rd party reservation place . And the amount of information that you have to read through is absolutely ridiculous. And they didn't disclose the deposit. So I then proceeded to talk to the 3rd party about giving my money back and canceling my reservation due to the fact that I felt the way they didn't say anything about the deposit initially. And so by the time i was abke to check into the hotel it was almost 11pm and when I got into the room I was disappointed by the size of the room and they had a mini fridge and everything was so ridiculously expensive they had snacks that were $5-$10 a peice and the drinks were ridiculous as well . So the pictures were took at a angle where it literally looked like I was in a different room . I did like the shower in the room . And also late fee here is $100 .

For this review I'd like to start off by saying this hotel has some seriously great qualities and only a few downsides. I'm currently staying here at this hotel for a metal concert that's a few blocks down. The room I'm staying in is small but beautiful and has a classy resort feel to it with its 2 panel glass walk in shower, the beautiful stained wood looking tiles and the cute bathroom area. It does come with a balcony and has a very nice home feel to it that makes me feel super comfortable. The only downsides are parking. It is down town Denver heart of the city so with that being said getting a parking spot at the hotel is very troublesome and I've been trying to find the food court area and am having no luck. Then again I'm not from here so maybe I'm looking in all the wrong areas. But, all in all this is a very amazing location to stay at for either a couple or as a solo traveler. Having a room service would've made this place a 5 star review for me.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything around! Service sucks, there is no parking for the hotel, they refused to help with any issues after booking. There is a nite club on the first level, so definitely not recommended for a family. Definitely not a 5 star place but did the job for our boys trip.

I’m visiting here from Miami Florida for 4/20 and went to Nativ Lounge on a Saturday night to enjoy the night life. They played techno music all night. They didn’t know how to make me a strawberry Hennessy drink so I had to get a shot. Towards the end of the night 1:33am to be exact I started inquiring where the restroom was and no one could tell me due to it being there 1st time there as well. So I asked a security and he told me the restroom was closed due to them closing down at 2am. I heard a last call for drinks but no last call for the restroom, I was confused and thought I can hold it until I get back to the APT but I couldn’t. They kicked everyone out and refused to let me use the restroom. I had to go outside or go on myself. They were very rude about it too!!!
