We stayed for 3 nights and saw 3* of their hotel rooms. The first room, our kitchen sink drain was not connected. It was literally dumping water onto the floor. There was no deadbolt on the door, it was broken. The other safety lock that swings, it was not actually attached to the door. I could pull it out of the wall with my fingers, and it had been "repaired" with some putty. So no functional safety/emergency locks on the door. The bedsheets were stained. The curtains were usable but clearly broken as well. The overhead light in the shower did not work. It was "erm icky", I don't understand what part of these rooms they clean, because that room, was just generally not. *We were given keys to a new room. We picked up all of our stuff, got there, it wasn't cleaned. So I go back downstairs. This hotel is so understaffed, there is only one person at the desk. It was about another half hour before I was finally given keys to a 3rd room, because it was the morning and people kept coming in. The 3rd room, it had no lampshades. There is physical grime all over the bathroom mirror. There is what looks to me like someone splashed their coffee all over the ceiling, but that hasn't been cleaned. The walls are covered with stains of various colors. The TV lost signal but just needed a good off/on. The sink didn't drain and we needed to stick a plastic fork in to keep it open and usable. None of the rooms have alarm clocks. Don't lean on the upstairs railing, it is not stable and WILL collapse if you put your body weight against it in spots. Honestly for that one, maybe the fire department needs to take a look because that's a mega safety hazard. You can see the brackets flexing out of the wall. The entire property needs a power washing. It's gross on every concrete surface, like it's been soaking up spit and trash juice for decades. You can see the trash juice trails on the steps. I asked for a late check out. Desk manager says they don't do late check outs because they are always so busy. Where is the money going? Clearly not into this hotel. They do the bare bare minimum to keep this place legally rentable, if that. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked into. And I always go for the cheapest of the cheap when it comes to hotels. It's unsafe, it's disgusting. I would highly highly recommend booking the SECOND cheapest hotel in the area next time. But: at least I don't have bedbugs. I hope.

Easy on and off from the expressway. That's their best feature. The rooms themselves, not so great. Very plain, simple, and not well maintained. Mattresses not so comfortable. Walls are thin, and noise from outside and rooms above and beside is prominent. The bathroom was poorly supplied, and the faucets in the sink and shower barely worked. It was a quick stop to sleep the night, and it was cheap. Not recommended for anything but a quick sleep and check out.

I've stayed at many Hotels throughout the last 6 years . I've stayed at the Crowne plaza and I've stated American inn and a lot in between and I have to say by far the employees here are the most amazing people I've met at a hotel.. They don't judge. They treat everybody like a human being and that doesn't happen very often anymore in this world especially in Denver. Corri The general manager is absolutely phenomenal in my opinion I think she needs a raise.. This hotel has had lots of bad reviews in the past. I've stayed here many times and to be completely honest I'd rather stay here than anywhere else I've stayed I think just because of the way I'm treated.. Anywhere you Go in this lovely city of Denver and surrounding areas there's riff Raff, homelessness and crime. I don't care where you're at... Just a hard fact to swallow that's the way the world is anymore.. The rooms are clean. It's a safe place to sleep. They're shopping, food and parks all within walking distance.. I think this motel has improved 150% since the new ownership.. Corri, Norma, Robert, Crystal Shawn and housekeeping thank you for your amazing attitudes and your great personalities continue doing what you guys are doing because you're all amazing!

You're better off sleeping in your car. Room smelled really bad of cigarettes. The floor wasn't swept and was covered in dead bugs. The towels and bedding had blood stains. The front door was messed up due to it being kicked in at some point. I went to ask for a refund because I could not stay there and they said I would need to speak with the manager. I called everyday for a week and could never get the manager and had to go through my credit card to get refunded.
