This place is nothing short of a blessing. Low pricing doesn't equal low quality in this situation. You would think they'd be constantly booked. Support local entrepreneurs!

The property manager is very disrespectful, the rooms are horrible, there are cockroaches and bed bugs everywhere, almost no room has a bathroom or shower, you have to share it with other people in the hallway, it's better to stay in a trash can or dumpster, don't waste your money here.

Its 2nd name is LA Roacha Royal! Absolutely disguisting. Anything you would expect from a motel is is in acceptable. Most rooms have no shower nor bathrooms so your sharing in the hallways. Don't waist your money. Your better off in the dumpster out front, it may be cleaner.

Have had a hard time getting the attention if the manager, there never in the office. The rooms are ok, Friday and Saturday nights the night club nextdoor is very loud till 2am.
