Location is great being halfway between my kids and business, easy going owner is great about the riff raff around promptly enforcing the no trespassing and visitors after 10 rule if they don't pay as most motels do. I stay a week a month and the owner is great the housekeeper is awesome and works diligently to make me cozy in my older but clean and quiet room. Best motel by far between Federal and Kipling. Central to everything. Great stays always.

Nice very clean rooms. Not any of the riff raff you might expect for being right off of Colfax Avenue. The prices were reasonable. Especially since you have a refrigerator in the room (Motel 6 charges you extra) 👍

If you are from out of town or traveling with loved ones and are not about that life DO NOT come here I have only lived in the area a year and a half and have seen a dead person in the parking lot as well as multiple shootouts find somewhere else if you value your life.

For west colfax this is actually a decent place to stay. Clean and quiet. No riff raff that i saw and the size of the rooms are doable if you had to stay in a place like that for a while. Plus the cleaning lady is a sweetheart!9
