What a lovely experience! I stayed in the honeymoon suite, and it felt so luxurious. Joel was an excellent and very charming host, and his breakfast is to die for! He was respectful of my privacy but also so great to chat with, too. Communication was excellent. Parking was convenient, and the area was fantastic--great restaurants and lots of other things nearby (I visited a local yoga studio that was lovely...and Starbucks too many times to mention, haha). ~10-15 min from downtown and ~20 min from the mountains. Staying here was the cherry on top of my trip to Denver!

The location itself is absolutely gorgeous and sets the expectation for a refined, relaxing high tea experience. The atmosphere and setting are truly the highlight and initially made this feel like it would be a special outing for our family. Unfortunately, the service and food did not live up to the setting or the price. We repeatedly had to wave down our server for even basic service, which took away from the experience. On top of an already expensive per-person fee, we were charged an additional $7 for a dairy-free option that consisted largely of store-bought muffins and a simple salad. For the premium price being charged, the quality and attention to detail across the board were very disappointing, and we expected far better.

This was such a charming and beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was simple and quick. The room was clean and had antique furniture and items that really added to experience. You can spend a long time just looking at the woodwork and the fancy wallpaper through out the room. It felt like we were stepping back in time and staying in the early 1900s but with enough modern amenities to be very comfortable. Breakfast was incredible. The food tasted great. It was an incredible experience.
