Emergency situation, the place I was in was being sold, and I couldn't find a place, before needing leave. I have found the White Rock to be very accommodating, as are the staff. For a place built in 1949, it's going to have its issues. Such as it's not shiny and new, but things are serviceable and comfortable! I've had no problems with hot water as I read in some of the reviews, though it can take sometime for the water to get to temp, not a big deal. I've been in worse situations for more money! I'm just glad I was able to find something that is worked out as well as this has. Linda the manager was very kind, I came in the first time to check it out, and she showed me two rooms, when I came back the second time to set everything up the room I wanted wasn't available and she showed me two more rooms, and held it for me till next day. Single, $45 a night 325 a weeks 1300 a month.

This motel is the worse place I have ever stayed at! It's run down and looks like hell. It costed me $75n to stay here, they should be paying me to stay in this dump. It is dirty the blankets on the bed look like they been on it for years. I could not even sleep on it!! Mind you I am homeless and I have slept in many places that felt way better then this nasty room. It had a mat towel, one small bath towel, no trash can, toilet paper, not even any soap or small shampoo bottles. I had to run the water for almost an hour for the water to get hot enough to take a bath! No heat in the room I had to run my small buddy heater all night! I am sorry to write this very bad review but people need to know! It's a dump I will never stay here ever again I would rather sleep outside in the freezing cold then spend my good money on this place!

Inexpensive compared to many motels with weekly rates. The management keeps a good eye on the place and kicks out people that do not belong on the property.
