The anticipation of their grand opening has been worth the wait! If you’re in your bulking era, or just appreciate a burger done right like me, make sure to stop by for the best bison burger on the block. A lot of thought went into balancing flavors and like a grizzly out of hibernation I scarfed it down in less than 5 minutes. I couldn’t stop eating it. Perfectly cooked bison, thick applewood bacon, rich caramelized onions, melted white cheddar, and a savory aioli that tied everything together... insanely delicious! Big shout out to the kitchen and staff for making my night! If this is what they’re putting out day one, they’re raising the bar for the rest of Wash Park! And if you enjoy meeting new people, plan your next date night with the intention of getting… social. Perfect dimly lit decadent atmosphere with friendly patrons ready to converse, and attentive wait staff that never missed a beat. Guarantee you’ll see me here often trying everything on the menu, cheers!

We had a wonderful evening at the social. The new decor, atmosphere and vibe is so inviting and comfortable. The staff were so nice and genuinely happy to be there. Tyler, our waiter was very attentive and informative. We had tasty cocktails and the Trio appetizer which was delicious. I had the burger with fries, cooked perfectly and very tasty. My husband had the filet, also cooked perfectly with a delicious flavor. We ended with the cheesecake and the best cappuccino I have ever had in a restaurant! Loved, loved, loved! We will be back again and again!

Wash Park Social is going to be THE new hot spot. Went with our group this week and every single thing hit. The pork was outstanding, the beef filet was cooked perfectly, and the mushroom crudo was a standout. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the vibe is exactly what this neighborhood has been missing — energetic, polished, and genuinely fun. You can tell the team cares about getting it right. We'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

South Gaylord Street has its anchor back, and it arrived with considerably more ambition than what it replaced. Dined at Wash Park Social last night. For those of us who watched the Wash Park Grille's long, painful and unfortunate decline — what Bart Hickey and his partners have built here feels like a genuine renaissance, not just a renovation. Start with the hummus. It sounds like a throwaway order; it isn't. Creative, textured, layered — the kind of dish that signals a kitchen with a real point of view. The salad program is one of the more thoughtful I've encountered at this price point in Denver: broad in range, confident in execution, with Colorado ingredients that actually taste like where they came from. The bison burger is exactly what it should be — perfectly cooked, unapologetically Colorado, the kind of dish you come back for specifically. For the health-conscious and discerning diner, this kitchen is doing something most neighborhood restaurants won't commit to: no seed oils, beef tallow frying, primal cuts hand-cut in-house, a fully gluten-friendly menu, and seasonal sourcing tied to actual Colorado harvest windows — Palisades peaches, Olathe corn, wild salmon by season. This is not marketing language. It shows up on the plate. The service matched the food — attentive, personable, and quick without feeling rushed. The room itself is the right kind of lively: good energy, warm light, low enough noise that you can actually have a conversation. The horseshoe bar at the entrance sets an immediate tone. Wash Park needed this. This is the real thing.
