Jefferson County Park

Stumbled across this neat park while looking for a place to grill some hotdogs. The swings are broken at shelter so parents be awear. The bathrooms were decent but buggy. The picnic area was clean and there are trails to walk. There is a bigger park across the parking lot but it was blasted with the sun, shade was a priority.

Love going here since we had my sisters celebration of life I go sometimes to just sit by myself when I'm feeling sad it makes me feel closer to her for some reason

We enjoyed our time at the park. We could see ourselves renting a cabin and relaxing around a campfire.

It’s great! Lots of fish to be caught, birds to watch, trails to hike, and a few playgrounds for kids! Just a great place to go and if there were job openings there I would gladly join!
