Maggie’s macaron baking class was fun and very helpful. She gave great tips for executing a recipe successfully, starting to experiment with colors/flavors and shapes, and how to use different kitchen tools. It was fun hearing her tell about a training course she took with Amary Guichon! I would 100% recommend taking a class with her and would happily take another one in the future!

I tried the Taste of Momo class with my mom and it was a wonderful experience. Chef Maggie went out of her way to accommodate our food preferences (dairy/gluten sensitivity) and the environment was very social and enjoyable. As a beginner, I felt comfortable in the class and Chef Maggie was very helpful with everything. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone.

Chef Maggie is truly a gracious and talented chef. It's easy to see how much she enjoys sharing her culinary expertise, and gives us lots of freedom to experiment with ingredients. I really enjoyed her Vegan cooking class. Delicious recipes, fun, comfortable atmosphere. I'll be taking more classes with Chef Maggie and continue to recommend her.

I was so excited to try this place and i really wanted to like it but it fell flat. The pastries are super pretty but unfortunately i couldn’t say the same for the taste especially for the price! (Paid $24 for these 3 pastries) I don’t mind paying for an elevated premium product but due to the taste i couldn’t justify. I had the London fog, pistachio, and carrot cake. The carrot cake had a nice ginger and carrot flavor but i didn’t see any walnut, raisins, or pineapple, carrot cake is my absolute favorite and not having these key ingredients really disappointed me. Also i love a cheesecake frosting not sure what frosting was on top but i didn’t get cheesecake i would not order again. The eclairs had a very mild flavor especially the pistachio one i wouldn’t have known it was pistachio beside the fact i ordered it couldn’t taste it. Maybe it’s just me but i link a punch of the flavors i order shouldn’t have to guess. We got some amazing bakeries in Denver id highly recommend reunion or Izzio’s. Maybe i caught Le Clare’s on a bad day but this was bust for me.
