We really loved our stay at Limelight Hotel Denver Downtown. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with thoughtful perks, a great location, and excellent service from most of the staff. We booked using the Chase “The Edit” program, and the benefits were outstanding. The welcome amenities were a lovely surprise — snacks, Perrier water, and a small bottle of wine, which we truly appreciated. We also received a room upgrade to a Union Station–facing room, which had a great view and added to the overall experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel staff were generally top notch — friendly, helpful, and professional. The additional perks really stood out, including hotel credits for dinner, spa access, and even the option for an Audi test drive, which made the stay feel special and well curated. The only downside was our check-in experience one night at the front desk. The staff member assisting us was not very welcoming — she did not make eye contact, spoke extremely fast, and did not take the time to ensure we understood the information being shared. It felt rushed and dismissive, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent service throughout the hotel. Aside from that single interaction, everything else exceeded expectations. Between the comfort, location, Chase perks, and overall atmosphere, Limelight Denver Downtown is a hotel we would happily stay at again and recommend.

From a phone call “day of” confirming parking options & early arrival, to check in, the actual stay & check out … customer service was impeccable! Everyone was SO helpful & knowledgable. We booked through Chase “The Edit” and all the extra amenities were exactly as offered. Room upgrade, welcome beverage, nice surprise treat of Perrier & snacks delivered to the room, and the $100 property credit (which covered our $64 valet for one night … yep, a bit privy it’s downtown Denver at a high-end hotel). We also got $60 for breakfast/brunch that was the perfect price. Room was superior, HUGE shower (with great water pressure!) & soaking tub, comfy bed & great views (we had a corner room in the 7th floor). Very comfortable. Food in Ajax was great — definitely try the fried potatoes & sausage at brunch! Also, the free coffee machine in the lobby has all the options you’d like, including lattes, cappuccinos, and even hot chocolate! Great location right next to Union Station. Definitely recommend!!!

I had a great stay here! Easily recommended. If you're flying through Denver airport, the location is very convenient being steps away from Union Station and the very affordable train that runs back and forth. Great rooms, everything in excellent condition, feels very new (as of time of writing in late 2025). Friendly people at the front desk, nice little restaurant and bar on site. Really have no complaints whatsoever. I would totally stay here again.

I came to denver because I was graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with my masters and wanted to be in Denver instead of staying in Greenly where the school is. I used my platinum Amex to stay here and it was an overall good stay. I loved that they gave me a $60 daily breakfast/lunch credit that could be used up until 2pm unlike a lot of other hotels who's breakfast ends at like 11am. That gave me the ability to sleep in and still enjoy the benefit in the afternoon. I like that they had a complimentary coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby but apparently one of the workers broke it on our 2nd day there so the front desk clerk just gave me some of the hot chocolate powder and hot water which was disappointing but fine. The staff was friendly for the most part and the food was delicious. I didn't like that they didn't have any rooms that had 2 queen beds with a bathtub. I had to have my 1 year old take showers with me because there wasn't one. They upgraded my room and we had a beautiful view of the train station. I used the valet and I felt that it was overpriced at $64 a night. Outside of the brunch we enjoyed dinner here as well.
