Sentral Union Station Hotel

I had one of the best experiences at Sentral Union Station hotel! This place exceeded my expectations! The place was quite very clean and so very Beautiful and the hot tub was very relaxing. I give this place a 5 star rating And let me tell you about the staff very professional and made us fill at home thank you so much!!!

Great apartment style hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and it is located in a great area of downtown Denver. I would stay again and highly recommend. The only downside was all 3 hot tubs were not working the night we stayed 🤔 and one of the reasons we booked this place was for the hot tub.

I had such a wonderful arrival experience at Sentral Hotel in Denver thanks to Nic at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, Nic greeted us with the warmest welcome and made us feel instantly at home. Our check-in was quick and seamless, and he took the extra time to walk us through helpful tips about the building, amenities, and nearby spots to explore. What really stood out was how genuinely thoughtful he was. Nic even shared his number in case we needed anything during our stay, a level of service you don’t find everywhere. Because of Nic, our first impression of Sentral was exceptional. We can’t wait to return to Denver, and we’ll be looking forward to seeing him again!

Me and my boyfriend came here for Valentine’s Day. Our key card did not work and we couldn’t even get up to our room. When we went to fix, front desk was incapable of fixing our card. We were stuck in the lobby for well over half an hour just to get our card. Mind you it is 9:30 now, and their pool area closes at 10. For the price we payed for just the night, this should not be an issue. And they should not be wasting our time.
