Came here for the Neopets x Gong Cha collab and honestly had a really great experience. I’m not sure if this is a newer location, but one of the employees seemed to be in training still. I had preordered online for pickup and when I arrived he stated my order had been ready for a while, but it also seemed to be wrong. However, the manager(?) was super nice about it and walked the trainee through making a new order for me before I even had a chance to ask 😅 the drinks were really good and the blind boxes were so fun! Also HUGE keychain plushies for the cost which was surprising! Whether this is a new location or not, it does seem like they’re working through some hiccups so hopefully they can get past those! Would go back since the drinks were definitely yummy 😋

I ordered a strawberry matcha from this location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The drink was curdled from the start, and after about 20 minutes, the curdles solidified, making it undrinkable. For a $6 drink, I expected much better quality. This felt like a complete waste of money. I hope the preparation process can be improved in the future.

menu needs to be changed. drinks are inconsistent. the store is tiny and cramped, only 1 person was working the front, horrible working environment. everytime i come in, there always just one person working while a rush, i feel horrible for the employees. hopefully the company will stop being cheap.

These are the worst milk tea I’ve ever ordered, period. No boba, 50% sugar was tasteless neither can I taste sweetness or milk. I wasted over 20 bucks for these and they were not even fully filled. I threw them away at the nearest trash can. Avoid at all cost!
