Extended Stay America Select Suites- Denver - Cherry Creek

Desiree has been great! Since I’ve been staying here, it has been a great experience so far the rooms are clean and for the price you can’t really beat staying here as well as the location is also great because it’s close to multiple supermarkets a bunch of different restaurants as well as other stores, such as like the dollar tree across the street and the target that is around the corner. The staff here has been really good and very helpful with getting anything that you may need and always being on call for anything that may come up.

DO NOT STAY WITH PETS AT THIS HOTEL!!!! I can’t believe how rude the front desk was towards us after helping us access our room. Although the location is great, the rest of the experience was horrific. The room was so old and very poor warm water coming out of the shower and one of the faucets of the kitchen sink didn’t work at all! Only one of the faucets worked but with cold water. The beds were alright but the light covers were very loose and the TV felt old with its response time when clicking the buttons on the remote. There was also no oven, a very small stove, and an additional microwave on the dining table, which is odd. The chairs had holes in them. The bathroom looked so ran down with all sorts of holes and scrapes near the door handle and the door wasn’t able to be locked! The “hot water” pressure felt more on the cold side which made me shiver every time I’m done showering. The front desk staff was helpful with us accessing our room since apparently there was an error with the privacy lock. Then, they called us and put a $200 pet fee on my service dog even when we notified them! They also threatened us to kick us out of the hotel room and be BANNED from any future Extended Stay’s. We felt very stressed, threatened, scared, and so overwhelmed from the front desk lady working in the nighttime at the time. Overall, besides the location being great, this was the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever witnessed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID!!!!!

Cody and Desiree are Awesome. Both of them are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The property is kept very nice and clean. I'm renting a stand studio and it's Super Cute. I love tiny house living and this is perfect. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are a traveling worker or visiting. Thank you Cody for having such a Beautiful attitude and a Wonderful demeanor. Thoroughly enjoying my stay!

Great place for an extended stay to a quick in and out. Frances, at the front desk was very kind and very helpful with what i needed and offered same room when booking for 30 extra days, cleanings at the date and time that worked best for me and simple amenities that make every day life easier. Thanks for making me feel at home!
