Due to the actions of past me, present me is needing to stay here for an extended stay. Yes some of the rooms need updating, which they are doing. They got a new manager right when I started my stay here, and you can really tell she and her team are always working on improving the property AND guest experience. Very little nonsense is tolerated, and issues I've seen in the 5 months I've been here, have always been quickly addressed. The manager Oki, and all her employees have went out of their way to help in however they can. Special shout outs to Terrell, Bernie and Mike, who are always looking out for everyone, but have truly made me feel like extended family, and they generally care what I'm going through and make sure I have everything I need, and not just because they have to. The rooms are surprisingly sound proof, so anything we've heard comes from under door to under door, which usually isn't much.

I'd like to take the time to say thank you to Both Bernadette and Mike .Thank you for giving us the best vacation experience . Booking was easy, The room was perfect!: clean and inviting. It had everything we needed. The location of this place is excellent! Close To good places to eat and not Too far from the aquarium and museum. Spot on ! I LOVED IT! Looking forward to the next vacation.💕 highly recommending this place. Happy holidays.

Phenomenal service compared to many of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Front desk is always super helpful and mindful of the people here. Great location only about 25 minutes from downtown makes it great for travelers new to the state.

Beautiful location. the staff was awesome, thank god for them. But the rooms were horrible, there were roaches, and everything. I talked to the manager and she told me she just got the property a week ago, so I hope she can fix it up. As it is at the moment I cant recommend staying there its way to dirty. I couldn't stay one night. I wish the property the best because being in the location it is it has potential but it needs a complete remodel and new guest’s because the guests have definitely not been good to that place
