Not worth the price, go elsewhere. The building is small, dated, and showing wear. The rooms are clean but awkwardly designed and getting old. Good heat but no windows for ventilation or bathroom fans. The pool is a joke, so tiny. Breakfast is fine. The staff is friendly. But oh they charge parking too, for no reason, next to a failing Barnes and Noble and their own large lot. Go elsewhere for the price.

The room is comfortable for what it is. It’s a Hampton Inn. It’s not a full Hilton but what most impressed me as a diamond member is the service. From the second I checked in I had Queenie, who was absolutely amazing. She waited while I sorted some things out with the Diamond desk and was more than a happy person to every person that walked in that door that is the way Hilton has been rounded themselves and it makes you feel like you’re home. Listening to her talk to Christoper as he was leaving for the day. It definitely felt like a family environment. Unfortunately, they closed down their business center, but it’s OK because I asked Christopher for some help and wow, he came through like a rockstar assisting me with what I needed. You can’t find servers like this elsewhere. This is definitely someplace that Hilton should be proud to be part of and these people both Queenie and Christoper make it what it is. Thank you for this day. I’ll be back.

As always at Hampton Inn, the room and details were all first rate. We came in late on a snowy night (03DEC25) and we're especially glad for the warmth and comfort. The price was surprisingly low. Cherry Creek is an upscale Denver suburb and I expected twice the rate for our last-minute stay. Our Suite was impressive for its kitchenette and door between the large study and the large sleeping room. All fixtures and amenities were in top shape. Front desk person was rushed to handle the sudden influx of customers avoiding the snow, but did a fine job of meeting each person's needs. Over all: exceeded my expectations!

My husband is a Silver Hilton Honors membet, so je stays in them often. Consequently when I am with him we are very often in one Hilton or another. The pillows are horrendous at each and every Hampton Inn and Suites. I hate them. Also not typically a fan of whatever mattresses they use. Very hard. I have had neck/brain surgery several years ago and I realize I am a minority here, but I cannot easily get comfortable in the beds, especially with the pancakes disguised as pillows; even when I am very tired. This particular HIS is currently under renovation and needs it, so good for them. I hope they do the rooms as well as the public areas. Full tubs are no longer needed in this day and age, and the TP holders in both this HIS and the one we were in last night (Colorado Springs, i believe) were loose, spun around and the roll of TP kept falling off anyway. The hotels themselves are quite nice overall and ALL staff at all locations are always friendly, polite, and wonderful.
