This is by far the nicest extended stay hotel I've stayed in. Everyone who works here is fantastic, the room is clean and functional, and the walls are thick enough that I haven't heard a single neighbor since I got here. I'm sensitive to smells and this is the only affordable hotel I've stayed in this year that doesn't stink. It would be very useful to have a luggage cart or automatic front door here since it's an extended stay hotel and it's not unreasonable to assume people are going to be moving in a decent amount of stuff. Having no luggage cart and 2 sets of doors you have to manually hold open to enter makes this the most challenging hotel I've had to move into despite everything else I like about it. There is an elevator though, which helps.

Very affordable and the staff is amazing and rooms are clean. I see them clean the rooms everyday. Unless people refused house keeping. Only had problems with the manger and her daughter. I believe her name was Kimberly. Never got the daughter’s name. Was very rude during check in and started yelling and screaming at a man who was checking out.

While the location feels a bit old, I had no issues with anything here. The appliances were old, but clean and well functioning. Furniture was old but well maintained. Shower had plenty of hot water no matter when I used it. AC worked a little too well frankly. Sheridan's not exactly the garden spot of town and the location is right next to US 285, so there's a 50/50 chance that you'll be looking at and hearing the highway. But overall, no major complaints.

where do i start! from beginning to end! they are nasty inside and out! toilets and shower and all sinks clogged for 5 days! the shower rod came off and we 3girls waited 5 days for them to come fix it! i had to buy my own cleaning stuff because house keeping will not come and do there job! LOOK AT ALL REVIEWS below and DO NOT STAY HERE! ALSO do and say anything to make you ESPECIALLY you booked in advance with NO REFUND! out over $600 because they get called out for the TRUTH!!! not to mention smells horrible my neighbor was smoking “blues” and the GM’s daughter Verified it herself (she also works there) and nothing was done by the Gm Kristi i think her name was.. DO NOT STAY HERE !
