I wish I could give this place 10 stars. This is not your average Thai restaurant. This is the most soulful Thai restaurant, owned by avid gardeners, poets, and storytellers who also happen to make the most beautiful food. Eating here feels like stepping into someone’s home and being fed something that your friend’s family spent all day cooking *just for you*. The tables have beautiful little stories and anecdotes about their history in Colorado, the menu has short haikus, they serve produce from their own garden and feature menu items highlighting local Colorado produce such as Palisade peaches and Pueblo chiles. There is something for everyone, the menu features extensive options ranging from regional home style cooking to American Thai favorites. Eating here is truly, truly special. Best papaya salad I’ve ever had! Also make sure to stop by their small little free gardening supply station to support local gardeners, next to the wall of photos featuring their garlic harvest. Love love love.

A very open dining room concept. Service was friendly and prompt. We were a group of four and everyone enjoyed their entrees. We started with veggie egg rolls, which were very crispy and hot. This establishment also has outside seating. Looking forward to coming back!

The food is excellent and made by the same people from the old location near Swedish hospital. Some of the charm of the old house is missing but the food is excellent. They still offer free "grow your own taste of Thailand" plants
