Kallisto Modern Mediterranean

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Kallisto Modern Mediterranean is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, the owner Mahmoud made me feel genuinely welcome. He is incredibly kind, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. The restaurant itself is spotless, modern, and inviting, with a great atmosphere that makes you want to sit and enjoy your meal. The food was incredible. I ordered the shawarma bowl with falafel on the side, and it was so good I completely forgot to take pictures. That alone says everything. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and made with real care. Every bite was excellent. You can tell this place is run with heart. Amazing food, amazing service, and an overall fantastic experience. I will absolutely be back and recommending it to everyone I know.

Got the chicken shawarma bowl, and the gyros bowl, both were very fresh and tasty. Clean bright seating area, and friendly service. Get the chips and dips, the hummus was excellent and chips were warm. If you are looking for a quick bite before a show, it's a good place to go!

Hands down one of the best Mediterranean meals I’ve had in a long time. The falafel was crispy and fresh, the beef gyro was tender and well-seasoned, and the chicken shawarma was juicy and packed with flavor. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding—welcoming, professional, and efficient. The owners are super sweet and generous. The baklava is delicious as well, and they have a good selection of drinks to go with your food - coconut water, sodas, Snapple tea, etc. Highly recommend!

The shawarma and gyro are both absolutely delicious. The falafel is perfectly crispy in the best way. The sauces and spices are incredible. The owner Mo is so friendly and helpful. Everything is so fresh and the chips are amazing. Also the best baklava I’ve ever had!
