Truly authentic with the best sushi we’ve experienced outside of Japan. As someone with dietary restrictions (no shellfish) the team was able to accommodate this with ease, noting when an alternative would be provided and feeling completely included in each course. We opted to eat the Uni course but all other substitutions are noted on this menu (provided afterwards, each sub was a surprise until the course came out) for others with Kosher or shellfish allergy restrictions. Chef Toshi Kizaki and his team were so attentive to each detail, with all ingredients of the highest quality, and checked in with us throughout. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I ate here with some friends and my wife to celebrate my friend's birthday. Similar to Sushi Den, the fish quality was excellent. We tried a variety of fish from two types of fatty tuna, sea urchin, scallop, spanish mackeral, etc. It was great to try types of fish I haven't had before! Our waiter was great and told us about each dish and answered any questions we had. They descriptions of each dish weren't as involved as other Michelin star restaurants I've been to (e.g. Wolf's Tailor), but it was nice to hear where each fish came from and how it was prepared. I'd definitely recommend Kizaki if you're a sushi fan, want a great restaurant experience, and want some good drinks! The price is high, so I won't come here often, but for all the food it's worth the price :).

Kizaki is truly exceptional. Every course was carefully thought out, balanced, and incredibly fresh. Each dish built on the last, creating one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had this year. The space is intimate and elegant, tucked inside Margot, and the service matches the precision of the food. The wine pairing complemented the meal beautifully. This is Japanese dining at its finest—refined, thoughtful, and worth every penny.

Great high end sushi experience. Chef and team were great. High quality with matching price. Not really a casual sushi spot. More of the best in Denver type spot.
