Did not know what to expect but this is one of my favorite bars of Denver. Welcoming and fun atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seats to lounge and play games. Definitely an inviting place you can hang out for a few.

I like dive bars, mostly for the same reason that everyone else does - a semi shitty atmosphere with laid back service and cheap prices. and certainly some of their prices are cheap - an $8 beer/shot combo which involves Arette tequila is a great deal. unfortunately, they charge $17.50($19 after tax) for a single pour of Glenlivet 12yr which is a mediocre 80 proof scotch whiskey which, at cost, is $44.50. I manage a bar and charge far less for far better whiskeys. this utterly pisses me off. don't rip ppl off. and *especially* not in a dive bar with all of the ambience of a half smoked Marlboro. again, love a good dive bar, but a good dive doesn't rip off their customers by charging premium prices for an absolutely mediocre and (should be) under priced drink. gtfo with that. tldr: solid dive bar which unfortunately is marred by some absolutely scummy pricing.

This place had opened up two days prior. Not from Denver, I'm unfamiliar with how the previous bar looked. They vibe is dive lounge and I feel they pulled it off! A large group joined and we were well taken care of. The food was enjoyed (Mexican Burgers) and service was friendly.

One of my favorite spots, but the patio has a rancid smell during the summer. I think it’s coming from a pipe on the patio. There are solutions to prevent the bathroom smell from escaping. Would be so much better!
