Had been here years ago to try the barbecue but haven’t been back since I was at the time not really impressed. Then I learned they had a special breakfast burrito on certain days and before the open the restaurant for the regular barbecue menu. After a number of weekends, I finally went down to get try these. I got the brisket and the chorizo. I like a lot of other places that offer vegetarian breakfast burritos but they usually have a lot of vegetables in place of the meat but they just had beans so I didn’t want to try that one. The two burritos I got were hefty! I weighed them and both were a pound and a half!! Unwrapped them and found a nice toasted sides for texture. The burritos came with your choice of sides of salsa roja or salsa verde. The verde was a smaller side cup. I cut both in half to get a nice look at distribution. The brisket had no meat showing but I knew they were in chucks so I might have just missed them. The chorizo is seen. I decided to put the chorizo in the frig for the next day and had the brisket with the roja. The salsa was thick and really tasted really good. I wish it was more since I ran out of it with the size of the burrito. After a few bits I found the meat. Sadly since the meat is in chunks (as it should be) the meat was only on the ends of the burrito so you got a lots of eggs and tots (that I wish were more crispy) then I get a side of brisket. The brisket is good but by its physical nature I think it doesn’t make a good meat for a breakfast burrito. The chorizo burrito next day was reheated in my air fryer. The salsa verde was also not a lot and I ran out before finishing the burrito. Here the meat was throughout the burrito. It was also pretty good. In the end price wise the brisket was not worth it for me. I do wish some of the other meats from Smok were available. I would really be interested in a breakfast burrito that had a bunch of sliced cheddar jalapeño sausage. Maybe make a smaller burrito so the meat is every bite and then the salsa lasts for the whole burrito.

HUGE huge breakfast burrito. I knew that going in and was finally hungry enough to try this spot for breakfast. Besides being huge, the burrito is well balanced with brisket, eggs, & hashbrowns and their verde sauce is quite tasty. I personally didn't care for the brisket taste on my breakfast burrito, and now after eating 3/4 of this burrito my morning is ruined. Burrito for flavor is a 6.5/10. I'm glad I finally tried it, but I wont be back.

Delicious, large breakfast burritos. Might be my new favorite spot. The green salsa is also delicious. The smoked brisket is amazing.
