This was our first trip to Aloy and Savannah made us feel like regulars. The menu was so compelling that it was difficult to decide but with some thoughtful coaching from Savannah, we were able to narrow it down to an appetizer (egg rolls), a couple main dishes (Sriracha Noodles with beef at a heat level of 4 for me and the black pepper chicken wok for the wife at a medium heat level) with sides (cabbage cashew and the potato fingerlings) for the table and followed it all with dessert (homemade coconut ice cream). It was all we could fit on the table and soon found it all fit in our stomachs as well. Everything was amazing and I sincerely thank the kitchen for trusting us on the heat levels. I strongly suggest adding a small amount of cilantro and shredded ginger to each bite of the egg rolls before dipping in the sweet chili oil. It was a great starter for the symphony to follow. Each bite of the Sriracha Noodles brought more and more complexity as I ate my way around the plate creating new combinations of the perfectly cooked ingredients before me. The cabbage cashew provided a nice semi-neutral palette cleanse between each new foray into the bowl of noodles. A sample of my wife's Black Pepper Chicken and Potato Fingerlings let me know that she would be just as happy with her selections as I was with mine. She confirmed as much without speaking a word. The Coconut Ice Cream was the perfect bookend to a wonderful dining experience. We live on the southern border of Colorado and don't get to Denver often, but the folks at Aloy will now when we're here because we intend to visit them every time we are in town. Don't sleep on Aloy.

First time we went here, the service was memorable and in a really good way. We got there just in time for lunch and ordered Tom Kha, Panang Curry and Pad Kee Mao... all vegetarian. However as soon as the Panang Curry arrived, we knew something was fishy... it was the abundance of fish sauce in it. The server acknowledged this and substituted it for the Yellow Curry instead which is not usually our go-to but this place makes a really good version of it and they can spice it up real good as well. The rest of the food was amazing as well!! Photos are from first visit only Second time we went for dinner and while the food tasted consistently good, the service was mediocre. Also the Yellow Curry this time was more potatoes than actual curry and when we mentioned it to them, they didn't bother to make it right. We might still go again for lunch and hope to have a better experience than the dinner server team. The food is actually really good compared to other Thai spots around.

All of our food was great tasting. The Thai hot spicy level could’ve been much hotter. I got the spice dish and consumed most of it. I also wish the prik nam pla sauce had fresh peppers and not the flakes. Gyozas were so good too! We can’t wait to come back!!

Great find for Sunday night dinner before our flight out. I’ve never had aloy noodles, which are yellow curry noodles, but I’m glad I went with our server’s recommendation to try it. My son polished his Thai fried rice. The Thai fried basil with shrimp was delicious with tons of crunchy vegetables in a savory sauce.
