Uchi in RiNo was the perfect place for a relaxed, memorable night out. It was an ideal setting to catch up with a friend over great conversation—travel stories, work opportunities, and everything in between. The atmosphere strikes a great balance between elevated and comfortable, and the service was attentive and thoughtful throughout the meal. Every dish seemed to outdo the last, but the lobster and spare rib were absolute standouts. And the sauces—unforgettable. From the quality of the food to the overall experience, this was easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Denver. Uchi RiNo is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional food, great service, and an experience that feels special from start to finish.

I was lucky enough to have an experience here for lunch. The host, Finn was so warm and welcoming, really seeing if there was a way to squeeze us in for lunch. The food was incredible, I got a lychee martini, the lunch omakase special and the milk and cereal for dessert. The hama chile was hot, tangy and refreshing. I don’t usually love seaweed salad but this one wasn’t slimy at all. Omakase was so good I forgot to take photos of I when it was first placed. I went all in. Totally worth it for the atmosphere as well - sexy, natural cool. Thank you so much Uchiko!!

From the moment you walk in, this restaurant is pure magic. The ambiance strikes that perfect balance between refined and inviting, but the true heart of the space, literally and figuratively, is the open hearth where the hot entrées are prepared. Watching the flames dance as each dish is carefully finished adds a theatrical, intimate touch that elevates the entire experience. Every plate is a masterpiece. The fish is impossibly fresh, the flavors are clean yet deeply layered, and the attention to detail is evident in every bite. The hearth-kissed entrées bring a subtle smokiness and warmth that transforms traditional Japanese flavors into something both comforting and sophisticated. Service is seamless, knowledgeable without being intrusive, warm without being overbearing. You feel cared for from start to finish. This isn’t just dinner; it’s an experience. A celebration of craftsmanship, flavor, and atmosphere. Absolutely spectacular, and worth every moment.

Our first visit, and we chose the omakase to fully experience the menu. The lobster dish stole the show, but every course was outstanding. Impeccable service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back.
