After volunteering at VOA across the street we stopped into Vero inside Denver Central Market and it was really good. The vegetarian pizza was fresh and flavorful with a great crust (crisp and chewy), and the Toscana soup was rich and tasty. The garlic bread was also on point. Solid spot with quality food in a great setting.

It is located inside the Central Market, they serve up wood-fired pizzas with fresh, good ingredients. The flavors was good, crust is crispy, and the vibe is lively. The parking is limited around. It is hard to find a table specially in rush hour or weekend

Easily one of the top 10 pizzas of my life. I had the vegetariana pizza ($18 and 14" diameter) with mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper. The sauce was simple, just mashed/pureed San Marzano tomatoes with maybe some olive oil. The crust was what made it, was thin, chewy, crispy, and crunchy all at the same time. They bake their pizzas in a wood-fired oven so it had the little dark brown scorch marks where the dough bubbled as it was baking making it both attractive and delicious. Good job guys!

Very friendly service. We ordered a 1/2 and 1/2: half Margherita and half Salsiccia. Both were amazing. The Margherita was delicious. Loved the ricotta on the Salsiccia.
