I’ve been wanting to come check out Horse & Tiger at Fort Greene Bar and I am so glad I did! The food was delicious - my favorites were the short ribs and the fries. Viruth the owner is a great guy and an amazing cook. The food pairs great with the drinks at the bar! 1000/10

So happy we found this Khmer-ican food spot! Located in a really neat atmosphere. The chicken and beef skewers are a must-try. The chicken sandwich was very unique and amazing flavor. Will have to get the Lort Cha next time! Awesome owner as well. Was fun to bond over our Cambodian experience!

We were so excited to find Horse and Tiger -- the only Cambodian American restaurant in Denver! A couple of us Cambodian Americans were in town and couldn't resist checking it out, and we're so glad we did. The food is incredible -- Cambodian flavors meet creative bar bites in the best way. Even something simple like the french fries was packed with flavor. The chicken skewers were tender and had that lemongrass flavor of home. The short ribs and all dipping sauce was spot on. The crab rangoon had this unique, delicious twist -- turns out it's the famous, Kampot pepper, that gives it that special kick. We also met the owner, Viruth, who's clearly passionate about what he's doing. You can really taste the care and creativity in every dish. If you haven't been, go! You won't regret it. A gem for Denver and a proud moment for the Cambodian American community.

Perfect place to chill and get a bite to eat after flying into town. The Chicken Bahn Mi was incredible. So flavorful and a great meal portion for the price! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely visit again if I get the chance.
