Lalos SmashBurgers

I’m not joking when I say this is the best smash burger I have ever had in Denver. At first when I saw $14 for a double patty burger from a food truck I was a bit skeptical…but after I had it and ate it, it is worth every bit of that $14. It came with the most beautiful caramelized onions and crisp bacon. Their burger sauce is better than any I have had probably ever. In addition, their pickles taste homemade and they should bottle their garlicy hot sauce. I think they use old bay or something similar for their fry seasoning which really elevates what I can only assume are frozen fries. That touch is really nice. I think a slightly larger portion of fries for $5 would be my only suggestion. I am so very impressed with this truck. Service was fast, food was made to order, their daughters provided adorable entertainment, and every bite was packed with flavor. I’m so happy I live across the street. I plan to be back a lot!

Gloriously gooey smashburger hidden in an art studio - family ran by a husband and wife duo! We needed a quick bite after a brewery and this spot had rave reviews - the double cheeseburger with Henry’s sauce is crisp on the edges and juicy inside, well layered with pickles and cheese, with a fresh bun that doesn’t fall apart. And the BACON perfectly cooked! We also got a side of the battered fries which are crispy and thick at the same time, almost steak fry consistency. While Twans is temporarily closed you should come here for your fix!

I tried their smash burgers and was genuinely impressed. The meat is flavorful and perfectly seared, the ingredients taste fresh, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Service was friendly and quick. I’ll definitely come back.

Amazing burgers! I would say best ones in Colorado. Come and enjoy this bomb of flavor! And support local owned businesses! This was our 3rd time and we will keep coming for sure! Compliments to the chef!
