Cerebral Brewing continues to be one of my favorite spots — the beer selection is consistently top-tier, and the pizza absolutely slaps. Perfect crust, great flavor, and pairs way too well with a couple pints. Beware the overzealous bartender the night we went was pretty rude and actually shushed people… at a brewery. Kinda wild. Luckily the food and drinks made up for it. Overall, still a great spot with killer beer and pizza.

Love this new spot! Just like the other cerebral locations, you can't get a better beer selection almost anywhere else, but this place also has outside pizza which is some of the best pizza I've had! All the staff is always super friendly too, feels like home!

Stopped in 3 times during my Denver trip because the vibe was so chill. Their plant decor game is on point - someone has an excellent green thumb at the brewery. Every beer we tried was tasty, the IPAs are so solid as were the special edition stouts. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Don’t skip on the pizza from Outside Pizza there, it came out so quick with fresh ingredients and perfectly charred/chewy crust without being soggy.

I want to point out that I am deleting my five star review and replacing it with this… I’ve been to this Cerebral Brewing location multiple times and usually really enjoy it. The beer is great and the pizza is excellent. I’ve had plenty of visits here that were a great experience, which is why my most recent visit on a Friday 2/6/26 was so disappointing. The taproom was so crowded that I was shoulder-to-shoulder with people just trying to move around, and it felt more like a daycare than a brewery with a HUGE number of kids running around in an already packed space. The atmosphere ended up feeling chaotic and stressful instead of enjoyable. I wound up just grabbing some to-go beer and leaving. I’d love to keep coming back, but I really think this place would benefit from ADULT ONLY HOURS in the evenings and weekends; for example, no kids after 6 p.m. or on busy weekend nights. When the space is that full, it should still feel like a place where adults can relax and enjoy a drink. I’ve been here when it’s packed full of adults and it was no problem. But this Cerebral has turned into a glorified daycare for sad millennial parents trying to cling to their college craft beer days. Make room for your actual paying customers. Nobody wants to deal with other people’s rugrats at a place like this.
