Dutch Bros Coffee

Braden was a phenomenal help to my partner and I. I had not been by this location in longer than I would have liked due to proximity, but what a treat! They were able to guide us through options and our dietaries with an upbeat and joyful attitude and were complimentary of our tattoos. They also personalized our cups since we had talked about going to our dungeons and dragons game (hence the need for caffeine). I'd recommend this location x1000. Braden should be a customer service trainer, they were just such a good spirit to talk to. I hope their manager, gm, and all the way up the chain know how important customer service is and what a gem they have.

Visual change in demeanor after I tipped a dollar, guess that wasn’t enough. The pumpkin brûlée drink was good but the service was off. The drink is already extremely expensive, I’m only inclined to tip if we have a good conversation or you know my drink and have it ready when I pull up. Getting coffee here would be worth it if I didn’t feel shamed because of the amount of my gratuity. Dutch bros used to be a fun experience but that was pretty lame.

I looove love love this location! I’ve been to multiple across Colorado and New Mexico and none have come close the the customer service this location provides. We literally travel out of our way just to come here. The staff is always so nice and genuine! On top of that, I don’t know why but our drinks here always come out the perfect amount of bubbly! lol

First time trying Dutch Bros and I dont think we could’ve had a better experience! I got the sugar free double rainbro energy drink and it was so refreshing. My friend got the annihilator coffee and enjoyed it as well. Nice nutty flavor. What really stood out was the customer service. Lee who took our order was helpful & sweet. Then the people making our drinks were some of the nicest and most positive people we’ve met during our stay in Denver!
