Awful customer service from Elyse. From the moment we got there she was too busy chatting up a customer to even take our orders. We were there for a while before she actually got that customers order from her excessive talking. Then, she had a tense attitude with us, and took even longer with our drinks because she, once again, was talking with that same customer. All while this was happening, it was already nearly their closing time, yet she took her sweet time in getting our order. I’m absolutely disappointed.

The barista was a friendly professional who quickly refilled my order after the initial order I placed online was snagged from the counter before I arrived to pick it up. They even upsized my latte out of the kindness of their heart.

I love this Starbucks every time I went here I had got everything so dang delicious I enjoyed every n I love to get my favorite drink which is the strawberry 🍓 refresher w lemonade n no strawberries 🍓 n they make it perfect every time I wish I had the name of the female that made my drink on May 2nd 2024🎉😁 I love me some Starbucks and I know everyone has there own options on everything which is fine but I'm giving mine n I'm not lying I mean why should I im writing about my visits at Starbucks that's all so thank you Starbucks employees at the Starbucks at King Soopers on 17th and Sheridan your the best 2 around my area ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice morning sun through the east-facing windows, quiet, even though it's inside King Soopers. Quite enjoyable, even though they did not have my favorite Starbucks: Sumatra. The dark roast they did have was robust, with that hint of a nutty flavor. A+
