The spinach and cheese croissant was great! No complaints, salty and savory. However, the ham and gruyere croissant barely tasted like gruyere, and I could not taste the ham - seen in the picture - but it does exist. The chocolate croissant was my least favorite. I took one bite, maybe didn't get the right bite, but it was as salty as the ham&cheese, even with some chocolate inside, and it was the driest of the 3 croissants. I usually like pastries, even the ones at grocery stores, so this is quite rare I rate this low. Service wise, we also were not offered plates to sit down and eat, but other customers were before and after us. Yet we were still charged the unmarked service fee.

Beautiful little café run by really nice people. Grabbed ourselves a few little treats after a walk around Sloan's Lake and they were all delicious. Will absolutely be back again to try more of their pastries.

I enjoyed my experience at Suzette. We came late in the afternoon before they were closing for a cup of coffee and the pastry. My significant other got banana bread and iced coffee and I got almond croissant and decaf americano. The pastries were really good. In my crude estimation on par with locally favorite Bakery 4. The coffee didn’t disappoint either. There was no line and the person at the counter was very helpful and patient as we had some dietary constraints he went above and beyond to explain ingredients that go into each pastry. As a local I will be coming back and recommend this place. I’m glad we have one more option in the neighborhood for a good cup of coffee and a fresh croissant!
