One star is too kind. Do not stay here. It is not worth any price. The AC did not work at all, I was sweating trying to sleep in my room. The room also had no blinds, so I was woken up by the sun even on my day off. It had no shower curtain and no towels which didnt surprise me based on the disgusting condition of the room. The sink was filled with disgusting gunk from the previous resident along with the disgusting trash on the floor. When you look at the floor trim you have to wonder what animals made their way in while you were gone. The staff is rude and unhelpful, not surprising given their demographics. The parking is tight and beyond BS. This place sucks and I regret it but you get what you pay for. I feel bad for anyone that has to stay here. I am sure I will get the same pathetic automated response here if anything 'we at red roof strive' blah blah blah. Nothing has or will change. I dont care about where I stay as I have stayed in many low cost hotels but this in uniquely disgusting. Up yourselves and your empty response.

Staff is friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean. We did have a television that was a bit on the vintage side and the carpeting needed cleaning in a big way but otherwise everything else was decent for the price. There did seem to be a police presence everyday, for what I do not know but several times they arrived in force but I never was affected by whatever might have been happening nor were there any disturbances to speak of. They do have a laundry room, it's 2.25 to wash and 2.00 to dry.

If zero stars was a thing, I would give it zero ,or -5. This place is terrifying. I was afraid to even get out of car, I thought that if I had stayed either my car would get broken in to, or would be stolen. The guests were trashy, smoking, yelling, and dirty. It looked like homeless people stay there, and/ or that they deal drugs from the hotel. The front desk agent was not helpful. I wanted to cancel my reservation because as female, I was too afraid to stay there. He wouldn't cancel it or give me my money back. I paid for a night I didn't stay there. So unhappy.

Overall good place but like anywhere there are some less than savory people around. Yes, the homeless do tend to rent rooms here - we're among that particular crowd. Despite being employee this area is simply too expensive to rent anything and these nice rooms meet our needs. Love having a kitchenette so we can make tell food. We're not skeezy it drug addicts or alcoholics, and you'd never know we were homeless by just looking at us. The same can be said for most people who are living here. It's an excellent option for those who would otherwise be in the streets. Please keep in mind you know nothing about those of us who have had to make the choice to live here. We're still people just like you. Love the way this place works, rooms are huge, and the 'studio' type rooms are awesome. Nice beds, generally clean rooms, and the quality of the staff has greatly improved over the past couple of years. The new management is doing a great job. Definitely 5 stars all the way, she no, I don't work here nor have I ever.
