Here’s a new one! The front desk guy ate my $65 PF Changs order. It was Doordashed there, and it took me a bit to find it. By the time I found it (not ridiculous amount of time- like 25-30 min), he had opened and eaten it. Worst part: there would have been enough to share, but the animal ate out of the containers. How insulting! Absolute worst experience possible.

Nicholas and Gabriel went above and beyond. The facility appears to be older, but they are doing a bunch of remodeling. The room was clean and had all the accommodations that I needed. Location is perfect, right off the freeway. There’s shopping and restaurants within walking distance. If you like roses there are plenty of beautiful flowers to smell. There’s a nice little park area to walk your dog. Please be a responsible pet owner & clean up after them. I will definitely stay here again, price was perfect & it was the cleanest room on my trip.

So this is a work trip, but it's a two week werk trip I didn't need anything fancy so on the website my employer has to book rooms that they have approved and get a reduced rate I picked one of the cheaper ones. Big mistake on my part, but one reason was I have to pay upfront and get reimbursed after the trip is over. So I didn't want to be out more money than needed. But if you look at the pictures I discovered something that almost had me leave right away. But nothing was alive that fell out of the exhaust fan when I opened the grill to clean it because it was disgusting and right over the sink in the bathroom and I couldn't stand under it knowing that it's probably pretty gross right there above my head while brushing my teeth. What I didn't expect as a reaction was the manager threatened to have me leave for opening the grill. It's fully intact and clean now. It's not rocket science. Anyway I will never stay at another Days Inn again, and I will also avoid any room that is on the low end of price, I'm to old for this kind of crap. I grew up poor and I know how to rough it or suck it up, but ever since I have been an adult I have never lived with roaches in my house and I sure am not going to pay someone to let me stay in their disgusting motel.

First things first. Do not stay here and now for the reasons why. This is not a days inn. It’s “apple inn”. They rebranded as a days inn to mislead people. The rooms were not clean in terms of the floors were not swept and the showers were dirty. There was no ac in any of the three rooms they tried to place us in. The second rooms ac started leaking from the ceiling. Rooms were easily over 80 degrees. The rooms were extremely noisy due to highway traffic at all hours of the day and night. The mattresses were also worn out and not comfortable. The tvs also were not working and difficult to navigate since only parts of the remote worked on main screen and required constant rebooting to get signal. The free breakfast in the morning was nothing more than yogurt, prepackaged muffins and some fruit that was well past its prime. The exterior of the place was run down. Avoid this place at all costs. We left before our stay was over (2:30am) and went to la Quinta inn which felt like a 5 star hotel (also cheaper per night) after one and a half nights at this so called days inn.
