Things to Know
Staff excellence (especially standout team members like Kendall) and a solid hot breakfast can't fully compensate for aging infrastructure and serious operational issues with deposits and management responsiveness.

Worst experience I've ever had. First and foremost unbelievably old hotel and run-down. Hit my head really hard when I slipped in the shower. There was no cold water. Instantly was boiling hot and tried switching to cold and got even hotter which made me jump back a slip causing me to get a pretty good size knot on the back of my head. Went downstairs and did an incident report leaving my name email and number. Didn't hear a dam thing from the hotel manager by check out so I found her and I told her what happened. She said she tried getting getting a hold of me and Her excuse was she thought i checked out already but yet had all my personal info and cell number. not even an email or call from corporate either. Pretty disappointing. Only good thing about my stay was Staff was amazing and the breakfast was really good but the manager obviously does not care. I'm not that type of person but maybe I should contact a lawyer. Anyways rant over. Great stay great food not so great management

I had a wonderful experience this week. BIG SHOUT TO KENDALL. He was amazing, I’ve been staying at Hiltons for 6 years and this was the best customer experience I received at a Hilton in my 6 years. Kendall keep up the good work and ask for him next time you come in!

Hello, my name is Jenifer. And I would like to share with you my experience about my stay. On November 21, 2025. I booked two rooms because my grandmother was going to have surgery near the hotel. The dates were from the 21st to the 29th. Everything was going well, I paid the deposit they required for both rooms. For each room I had to pay a deposit. 240, for the one-night room. And my grandma paid 722 for the other room where we would stay for almost a week. And the deposit. It's time to check out, and we ask for the deposit. They said it would take a few days to which I said it was fine. Days passed and I didn't see anything on my account. So we had to return to Hampton Inn West Federal at Denver for another appointment from my grandmother, and we returned to the hotel to ask for that deposit, to which they said they had already done it. But I called my bank at that very moment and they said I didn't have any transaction from the hotel. So I asked for a refund. Which the front desk guy didn't seem to care about. He offered me to call different numbers directly with managers. I left that day and dialed these numbers a minutes later. But no one answered. The next day I dialed again, and some rude people from the front desk answered again, evading the subject. These people didn't care at all about my anguish and concern. They just said they couldn't do anything about it. They even said that I did not appear in the system, even knowing that I had given them my account number and had photos of my stay, I also showed them that I had nothing from my bank, and I had not received anything. Very disappointing, the staff was not willing to help and to this day, I have not received anything. Down below are the numbers I dialed and no one answered, for this reason I called directly to front desk. The front desk person gave me these numbers. And here are the pictures of our payments. My grandmother paid one, and I paid the other one. As you can see on the searching bar, just one transaction comes up, which is the payments only, not the deposit they insist they sent.

Hotel rooms are nice, feels like they've been renovated in the recent past. Vent fan in the bathroom, water heats up fast. Hot breakfast that was actually quite good. Did not interact with staff too much but they all seemed friendly.
