The worst part of the room was it was right off 6th Ave. but it is so convenient. The employees were wonderful, the security guard was attentive and professional. The rooms are huge!!! Bed was pretty comfortable and the room was nicely cleaned. Only gripe I have is no ice machine. That being said I am certainly adding this to one of the better spots to stay when I’m too tired to drive home to Colorado Springs. Price was phenomenal, late checkout is a bonus. I really appreciate the wonderful woman who checked me in tonight as well. She was thorough, kind, and definitely helpful. Wish I got her name.

They are very chill here. Cost is very affordable, and the access to the highways and interstate are perfect. It’s nice to have a place that looks like an apartment inside (one bedroom with a bath, big fridge, small kitchenette with living room and big flatscreen on the wall) and is an extended stay. We are in between homes right now so for the last month, this has been our tiny home before a home. It’s perfect for the two of us. They allow dogs too which is really nice. The occupants here are friendly, and kind, and it’s surprisingly quiet which keeps me at ease and comfortable. Security guard on staff 24/7 which is relieving.

I stay here often and love the hotel and staff. The only issue is undependable wi-fi network. It seems that when there is a power interruption, the wi-fi does not automatically reset and there are outages lasting more than a week. I could see it being down for a day, but not a week. If this issue were addressed I am sure all your guests would be more happy with their stay.

Save yourself the trip. There is a security guard outside, but they don’t work inside the building and can’t make new key cards. They just roam the property, which is frustrating and unhelpful. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t have someone available overnight to handle basic issues. If you lose your key or have a problem, you’re expected to call an after-hours support number and wait for someone to come out, which is completely unreasonable. My sink constantly drips and hasn’t been fixed. I’m also a recovering addict, and there is a lot of visible drug activity on the property. I understand that’s not entirely the hotel’s responsibility, but it makes the environment extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Based on my stay and the reviews, I wouldn’t recommend this place. You’re better off staying somewhere else—even a Motel 6 would be a better option.
