Great stay. Loved the free coffee it was real coffee and was able to get an americano. Liked the gym nice and big and the pool looks like it will be nice, still in renovations. The head of the bed had some wear and tear to vinyl. Over clean and spacious room and the view was great on the top floor. We liked the food at the restaurant the burger was delicious and it was the best fries I have ever had. We liked the atmosphere and the check in host was very nice.

I traveled 16 hours to get some rest at the Sheraton Denver West. First off the staff at the front desk are kind and welcoming. The rooms are outdated, not that clean though, the headboards from the beds were super dusty, and the bathroom didn’t even have a door, also no microwave. The BIGGEST issue I have now which is the reason for a 1 star, is because they double charged me and have been giving me the run around for over 2 weeks. I spoke to accounting and billing department and I was told my refund would come in January 26th. I gave it an extra day, & called again, the accounting rep that answered said a Supervisor would get back to me, and no one has. I called again the next day wanting to speak to the hotel manager, manager didn’t pick up the call nor returned my call after I left a Voicemail. No one seems to show any care to resolve the issue nor take the time of day to return my call or emails to give me an update! I am very disappointed, they were quick to charge my card twice! and now their not giving me my refund back! Times are hard now a days, I need MY money back! I do not recommend staying there, because their just not trustworthy to me anymore. I feel let down as a new guest.

Last minute work related trip. I booked here since it is the company "preferred" hotel in the area. The front desk staff were very nice. The smell that hit me when I got off the elevator was nasty. Like a dry drain or grease trap. Still a slight smell of it in the room. The room has no privacy/black out curtain, just a sheer. While investigating the curtain situation, I noticed a large piece of tape on a cracked window. Super cool! At least it's not on the first floor. No refrigerator or microwave and the room is definitely older.

Isn't it weird how your contractors installed a sliding shower door in the direction that requires the guests to climb over the toilet to get in and out? If I managed this hotel I would be contacting them ASAP while there's still a service warranty. Whoever's in charge of the contractors needs to tighten up the ship, this is absolutely unacceptable. Typical "good enough" oversight that reeks of cheap labor.
