From the very first day I booked to the day I checked out, the service was absolutely amazing! When I called to make my reservation, Tania was incredibly helpful and gave such great recommendations. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she perfectly accommodated me with a beautiful suite. It was worth every penny! When we arrived, Yeimi checked us in and was so warm and welcoming. When we originally arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready since we arrived very early, which we completely understood. But within the hour, Yeimi personally called to let us know our room was ready, earlier than the standard check-in time! When we walked in, there was a special amenity waiting for us, welcoming us to the property and congratulating me on my job promotion (which I had casually mentioned at check-in). That thoughtful touch meant so much to me. The fact that she remembered made it even more special, it was absolutely worth the wait! At checkout, Tania assisted us again and made sure our $15 credit was applied to the room, which we really appreciated. The only thing I wish they offered was breakfast in the morning. It would be so convenient to have an option right on the property so you wouldn’t need to drive anywhere to start your day. That said, it definitely didn’t take away from our wonderful experience! I almost never leave reviews; usually, my husband does, but this experience truly made me excited to share. I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone!

Stayed here for two nights with my partner because our flight ban east was cancelled due to a big storm. Solid place all around! The location is a refreshing change of pace from downtown, which is a bit generic and just full of conference-goers and fairly boring restaurants/cafes. The hotel has excellent food options located on site - we ate at Safta, which was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Denver. We got drinks at Cimera, which were free thanks to a $50 credit that came with the room. The rooftop city scape panorama at that restaurant is incredible. Food looked good, but was Devon the expensive side. There’s a rooftop heated plunge pool and hot tub overlooking the rookies which is really the star of the show. It wasn’t too crowded ever and made for a great sunset hang. The room itself was fine, very comfy bed and also had a nice tub. The overall vibe was “industrial chic,” with cement walls and a renovated warehouse feel. One drawback was that the mountain-view side of the hotel that we stayed on was very noisy at night. Both nights I woke up to the sound of trucks and machinery at nearby sites, not sure what they were doing but it was loud and also at like 2am for some reason. Also, I should mention that aside from there being great food on site, the immediate location is not super accessible to other bars/restaurants/entertainment. You have to walk a good 15 minutes to get to Larimer street, where there’s much more of RINOs offerings. Quick uber though. Overall, good value and nice spot - would still recommend over many other hotels in the city!

Modern but industrial vibe hotel with nice rooms with Mountain View’s. The king bed was very comfortable & the rooftop hot tub was nice. There are multiple places to eat onsite but the restaurant in the 8th floor is extremely busy so we ended up eating somewhere else since we couldn’t get a table. Location is great though with lots of places nearby to walk to.

We went to the Source for Safta coffee shop. We left the coffee shop 15 minutes earlier to avoid the $8 second-hour parking fee, but it was impossible due to the congestion inside the Source’s parking building. The poor parking lot design and traffic flow made the experience incredibly frustrating. Management did not address our concerns and seemed more focused on collecting high parking fees than improving the customer experience or offering validation for restaurant and shop patrons. Unfortunately, because of the parking issues and high fees, I won’t be returning to the Source!
