Had a wonderful lunch here and absolutely loved the experience. The food was truly amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was delicious. What really stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the meal even more enjoyable. A perfect spot for a relaxed and satisfying Italian lunch. Highly recommended!

Good, lively atmosphere in the restaurant, but the service and food quality was a let down. We waited for 20 min (NBD), got sat around 6:15, and was told before seating that there was a reservation at the same table for 7:45. We had agreed that that’d be fine (assuming 1.5 hours of service) with the hostess; however, once sat, the server told us we’d have to be out by 7:15 (1 hour for a date night dinner). We didn’t appreciate the pressure to push us out already just having just sat down, but we stayed cause we were excited to try the food. The food was fine—calamari was good, the salad took quite a long time to come out (and when it did, it looked very sad and like it had been waiting awhile—see pic). My pasta was pretty good but my husband did not enjoy his pizza due to the dough quality (more bready than he prefers). We wanted to get dessert but, unfortunately, we didn’t even have time to order anything. I mean, we had been given boxes for our calamari before we even had our salad! Anyway, it was a fine experience but I would still say that Parisi is at the top of our list for casual/fast dining high quality Italian food.

We’ve dined here many times and have always trusted it, especially since I have celiac disease and appreciate having gluten-free options. Unfortunately, our experience last night was very disappointing. Both pasta dishes were extremely salty and hard to eat. The biggest issue, however, was dessert. I ordered the gluten-free tiramisu (with a $2 upcharge). The server mentioned it had “fallen apart” but did not offer to remake it. Once home, it was clear how poor the condition was- completely broken down, with unsoaked ladyfingers and no espresso or coffee flavor at all. The difference between the regular and gluten-free versions was significant (photos attached). Gluten-free is a medical necessity for me, not a preference, and paying extra for a dessert that was knowingly served in this condition was frustrating. This was a birthday dinner, and while I don’t expect special treatment, I do expect consistent quality from a restaurant we’ve relied on for years. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and pays closer attention to quality and care, especially for gluten-free items.

The service was really great and food came out quickly even though the restaurant was packed. Unfortunately the bruschetta was soggy but the flavor was good. Our entrees were fine but nothing spectacular with the exception of the mashed potatoes which were very good. Dessert was run of the mill. The portion size was large enough to have a second meal of leftovers.
