I’ve tried many places in Denver, including Serena, Kabul Halal, and several others, but this restaurant truly stands out. The flavors are incredibly authentic and the food is consistently delicious. Every dish felt fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Afghan and Mediterranean cuisine. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The pizza was very delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. The vegetables and chicken were well cooked and flavorful. The pizza looked appetizing and the cheese was perfectly melted. The price was also very reasonable for the quality and taste. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back again. 🍕👍

1st Visit - 3rd Qrtr 2025 Weekday, just before noon. Ordered the Kobideh Plate, which includes skewers of grilled lamb and beef, rice, salad and naan. We also had the Mushrooms for appetizer. Food was excellent 👍. The meats seasoned and grilled to perfection, if I may say so myself. The mushroom app differs from the coated ones normally offered in other restaurants. These were seasoned and had a little bit of oil/juice when served. Still, very 👍. Portion is also 👍 2 meat skewers but, big pieces, more than enough for 1. I did not even touch my salad, opting to finish off the generous, heaping of rice. They offer 2 types of dipping sauces for the skewers and though, they were both good, the meats were already very flavorful by itself . Dining was quiet (at FIRST) but, as the location is right by a school, things turned 180 when students came for lunch. This was a good sign as it looked like pizza was another good item to try next time. Service was very warm and pleasant but, our order took awhile, primarily due to the huge swarm of student diners a few minutes after we arrived. The wait was worth it as the food was 👍. The gentleman at the counter who also took and served us was apologetic for the delay. Overall, I still will be back and recommend them for you to go but, suggest dining as soon as they open at 11 or come for a later lunch at 1. Colfax location is a parking problem right now so, take that into account as well or come on weekends to solve both issues mentioned above.

The fries are amazing, there’s a hint of spices that really makes them delicious. The shawarma plate was just okay. The tomato sauce in the barberry rice and chicken dish was tasty, though I personally would’ve liked a bit more sauce on the chicken and a larger portion of rice.
